2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using dost77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. dost77 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all locations. By using dost77, you confirm that your use is compliant with all laws applicable to you.
dost77 is required to verify the identity of all users as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You agree to provide dost77 with documentation requested for identity verification, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of your registered mobile number's ownership, and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
dost77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully completed and approved. dost77 may, at its discretion, request re-verification at any time.
4.1 Accepted Methods. dost77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Accepted methods and applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your dost77 account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All dost77 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dost77 does not charge currency conversion fees as the platform operates natively in PKR; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit ("same-method withdrawal policy"). dost77 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are set out in the Cashier section. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
4.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
4.5 Suspected Fraud. dost77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and conduct additional investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Where criminal activity is suspected, dost77 may report the matter to relevant Pakistani law enforcement authorities and/or financial intelligence units.
All promotions offered by dost77 are subject to individual promotion terms which specify the bonus amount or percentage, eligible games, wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the deposit and/or bonus amount), minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limit within which the requirement must be fulfilled, and maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings where applicable.
dost77 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend promotion terms, or disqualify any user from a promotion at its sole discretion if it believes the promotion is being abused. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage"), systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to share bonus funds.
All bets placed on dost77 are final once confirmed. dost77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error (including pricing errors), data feed failures, or circumstances where the integrity of the bet is compromised. In the case of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to your account balance.
For sports betting, dost77 relies on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, UFC for mixed martial arts events). In the event of a dispute about a result, the official governing body's decision is final. dost77 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice.
Casino game outcomes on dost77 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment used in regulated studio environments operated by licensed providers. dost77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dost77 and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential civil and/or criminal action:

dost77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
